S₁ Cyan — Reference point (drain). Reaches Ts first.
S₂ Orange — Coldest point in pack. Lags during equilibration.
S₃ Purple — 50 mm above pack. May overshoot initially.

Running the
Simulation
Three controls give you complete playback control over the sterilization cycle.
▶ RUN — Starts the live animation. Traces draw in real time.
⏸ PAUSE — Freezes the chart at any moment for inspection.
↺ RESET — Clears all data and returns to the start.
Timeline Slider — Drag to scrub to any point. All readings update instantly.

Full Cycle vs
t₂ Focus
Two precision views with a smooth animated transition between them.
⊟ Full Cycle — Complete view from cold start to cooling. Y-axis: 100°C to Ts+12°C.
⊕ t₂ Focus — X-axis centres on the equilibration window. Y-axis narrows to Ts band ± 2°C.
Minimap — Appears in Focus mode. Shows full-cycle context with zoom region in amber.
Crosshair Tooltip — Hover anywhere to read exact S₁, S₂, S₃ values at any time point.

Monitoring
Every EN 285 tolerance is evaluated continuously during the simulation and shown as colour-coded live badges.
T₁ ≤ 2°C — Max Δ between S₁ and S₂ during the entire holding phase.
T₂ ≤ 5°C — Max Δ between S₁ and S₃ within the first 60 seconds of the plateau.
T₃ ≤ 2°C — Same S₁ vs S₃ difference, but after the first 60 seconds.
Tᴮ — All sensors within Ts → Ts+3°C. Checked only after t₂ elapses.

Sterilization Temp — 121°C to 135°C
Chamber Volume — Auto-switches limit: ≤800L→15s, >800L→30s
Equilibration Time — Set intentionally above limit to test FAIL mode
Noise Level — Simulates real-world sensor variability
Failure Mode — Add S₂/S₃ offsets to deliberately violate tolerances
